Red circle of death!

I cant believe it! My xbox 360 has just died on me. I was playing fifa 09 earlier today then tonight when i switched it on BAM! flashing red lights. Totally goosed! Went onto xbox support and booked in a repair but this will take weeks. Just cant believe it!

Anyways other than that, my car has also died on me. I have that booked in for repair in the morning. Seems everything in my life is breaking lol.

light at the end of the tunnel?

when you'r having a rough time in your life you normally hear people comment and say "There is always a bright light at the end of the tunnel" i used to think this phrase was bollocks! Reason being is over the past year ive had loads of strain in my life, to which i will not go into detail with, but basically ive not had it easy lately, felt like everything was falling down on top of me, felt nothing was going right for me. To give you an example, me and my girlfriend decided to get a flat together so we could move in and take our relationship up a notch, we had seen a few houses and the excitment grew, we found the flat that both of us love and wanted, as soon as we got accepted for this flat my job situation changed, they had advised our whole company that we would be on 90 days notice to be made redundant! I could not believe this, i have so many financial ties aswell as taking on this flat with my girlfriend, so it came basically at the wrong time!!

My life seems to be on a mellow just now, and what i mean by this is that my life seems to be slowing down, yes this is a good thing, normally my life would be going at full pace, problem after problem, but just recently with my getting my new job, my girlfriend about to start her new job, i feel my life just seems to be slowing down again, i'll tell you something, it has been absolute ages since i have felt at ease, this whole financial crunch has seem to hit everything, its amazing at how fast the world has taken a complete hit!

Basically the point to my blog is i seem to be on the way to being happy again, my life seems to be going the way i want, my family and i have also rebuilt our relationship since our fall out, me and my girlfriend are doing really well too, the only thing missing now in my life is football ha ha YES i do love football, i have such a big passion for it and i cant ever seeing this changing,

Valentines.. The big fuss

Well as i begin to write this blog on my phone the time ticks 12.01 so i guess its officially valentines day! Me and my good mrs went to tesco today and they had shelfs full of valentines gifts and loads of people rushing about getting last minute items for their loved ones.

Me personally am not a big fan of occasions like valentines day, easter and so on, i feel these occasions are so commercialised, a way for shops to make money, they say valentines day is to show that loved one you love them. Being with someone, are you not suppose to show that person on a daily basis and not just that one day?

My girlfriend is big on days like this, she likes the fuss and likes to buy stuff, personally i could do with skipping the day but cant because its important to my girl.

Me and lana are going away for the day to celebrate, that should be fun. Adios

The old firm is upon up.....

One of the biggest derby's in the world is upon up, this sunday celtic take on old rivals rangers, these are the games we wait for, we can never predict what is going to happen in an old firm match, sometimes the odd bloodshed nose with intense tackles, fans throwing coins at players, fights after the match, not that i agree with that as thats not what footballs about, people here in scotland tend to take football really serious and take it to the point were violence comes into it, i take football serious and it means alot to me, i am very passionate about celtic, their success means alot to me but i certainly would not turn to violence if we did lose.

Celtic have a worldwide support, its amazing to know that a small club here in scotland has a huge worldwide following.

I am a little bit gutted, the game is on saturday and i am going to miss it! How bad is that, i have missed so many old firm matches, i wish i could see this game, but dont have the sports channel that the game is broadcasting on!

Freedom at last....

I cant believe it, its been 5 years with my employer, i have spent the past 6 months wishin for a new job, applied for so many jobs and not had any joy back.

TSC have been really good to me i must admit, they gave me my job to start with, the job itsself was easy to do and i met some really nice people. My job was basically in a call centre taking calls for the mobile network t-mobile.

It was yesterday (wednesday) i was in work i had that day and friday remaining, thursday being my day off, i was kind of abusing my job in terms off going mad with my stats, so i said to my manager i wanted to leave then and their, the work agreed this and i had such a rush of relief. I could not believe the feeling, im free, i dont have to wake up dreading the day ahead of me, dont have to visit that place and look at the managers, the managers are all big hotshots, they think their better than everyone there, but not me, i didnt take any rubbish, i was like a young rebel! I used to give them eyes, i didnt ever show them i was afraid, because i wasnt, id happily put them in their place.

I make the place sound bad, i know that, it was not too bad, it helped me pay my bills, it was just such a stressful job, they pushed you so much, i am ok meeting my targets and will work hard, but they just took the Piss a bit and pushed everyone to make impossible stats.

I start my new job on moday, i cant wait for the change, i feel free, feel a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders, feel happier already! Its amazing!

Guitar hero.....

Nothing on tv, its snowing outside so cant go a drive or to the cinema, have no decent movies to watch at home, so what do you do? You bring out guitar hero world tour and blast away popping the colours as they come down the screen.

The strange thing is you know you are playing a game but still insist on holding the guitar like a professional and moving like a professional too, its a fun game tho, me and the gf took turn on going thro the gigs trying to win some serious money to buy more gigs. At the moment i can only deal with easy mode, once i get it onto medium it all goes tits.

This is a great game, would recomment to anyone with an xbox 360

The story so far...

Well well well... Its been several months since i last blogged, to be honest i tend to take notions were i like to blog and when i dislike it. Alot has happened since i last blogged, the main and best thing i have done is moved in with my girlfriend lana, we have moved into an amazing flat, its very spacious and very big. Its an old school that has been converted into several different flats.

I have also got a new job lined up for next monday, i cant wait to get away from my current job, dont get me wrong my current job has done me well over the past 5 years, yes i hear you crying, 5 years is a long time with a job, especially if you dislike the place. I have met some fantastic people from my current job and also the job has given me the skills i need to move into my ideal job. Which is more technical and that is what i like!
